PANORAMA

Residential scheme PANORAMA is an ongoing project of Ždaňa's masterplan extension for 120 new residents as a response to development of Volvo's manufacturing park expecting to bring new standard of affordable living.
The iterative proposal focuses on three main directions: isolated houses, rowhouses and apartment buildings creating a fusion of local and international language setting new benchmark for development of the town which reactivates previously unused land and gives an initial point for an ambitions future planning.

The dynamic interplay of two architectural languages offers residents an opportunity to engage with a lifestyle that extends beyond national boundaries, while honoring the traditional values deeply rooted in Slovak culture. This dual typology enables parallel development paths—one rooted in local heritage and the other reflecting international design influences—resulting in a harmonious integration with the surrounding context, without compromising the distinct identity of this new residential zone.
